Payment Policy
A deposit of 25% of the total trip value, or $500.00 per person (the greater of the two), is required to confirm a reservation. Deposit payment must be received once itinerary is confirmed. Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure date. RailsNW reserves the right to cancel reservations if payments are not received in time.
* Please note that there may be differences in payment and cancelation policies with certain suppliers. In such cases RailsNW will provide you with the additional details prior to confirming the reservation.
Any changes once deposit has been made will be subject to a $150 Administration fee per booking charge.
Changes within and including 60 days prior to the departure date are considered a cancellation, and full cancellation penalties apply.

The prices do not include charges for airfare or meals unless specified, optional sightseeing, baggage handling, laundry, telephone, gratuities unless specified, passports, visas, vaccinations, personal and accident insurance and items of a personal nature
Trip Documents
Documents will normally be mailed (electronically when possible) 45 days prior to departure provided full payment has been received. If paper documents are required and your vacation is booked within 30 days of travel, your documentation package will be waiting for you at the front desk of your first hotel.
