Chihuahua to Divisadero
Your day begins bright and early at 5:15 am as you are transferred from your hotel to the train station to board the First Class ChePe train en route to Divisadero. The scenery gradually changes from a dry and relatively flat desert landscape to that of scenic mountains and valleys, as you climb from an elevation of 4,600 feet to more than 8,000 to crest the Sierra Madre Range. The hotels in Divisadero all provide views which overlook the mighty Urique Canyon. .
The views of the three Canyons that comprise Copper Canyon make Divisadero ("The Divide") an unforgettable stop on your trip across the mountains. This area is four times larger than the Grand Canyon and gives visitors many memorable vistas of this pristine mountain wilderness.

Divisadero to Los Mochis
Breakfast and Lunch are included at the hotel before departing at approximately 1pm, heading for Los Mochis. Today you traverse the most rugged railway in the Western Hemisphere as you descend nearly 8,000 feet through the Sierra Madre Range. Canyon and mountain scenery abounds in all directions. Your trip ends as you arrive in Los Mochis. Post night lodging available in Los Mochis on request.
