Itinerary
Los Mochis to Divisadero Your journey begins bright and early this morning as you depart Los Mochis at 6am on the Ferromex First Class ChePe Train. Today you will traverse the most rugged railway in the Western Hemisphere as you climb more than 7,000 feet through the Sierra Madre Range. You will be surrounded by canyon and mountain scenery abounding in all directions. Upon arrival you will transfer to your canyon rim hotel for the evening. The hotels in Divisadero all provide views which overlook the mighty Urique Canyon.
The views of the three Canyons that comprise Copper Canyon make Divisadero ("The Divide") an unforgettable stop on your trip across the mountains. This area is four times larger than the Grand Canyon and gives visitors many memorable vistas of this pristine mountain wilderness.
