Payment:
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of the booking with final payment due 60 days before arrival.
Changes and Cancellations:
Reservations are non-refundable or changeable within 60 days of departure. We will assess a 25% cancellation fee for cancellations 60 or more before arrival.
Travel Insurance :
We require travel insurance, which can be purchased at time of booking for 7% premium.
Luggage:
Hand baggage only on the train and larger bags can be checked onboard the train.
Handicapped accessibility:
This is a vintage train and as such, offers no handicapped accessible facilities
