This three day and two night package is perfect for those who are driving a long distance and want to spend the night before and after your roundtrip Rio Grande Scenic Railroad.

So Why not join us for two days of fun and excitement on Rio Grande Scenic Railroad's La Veta Express Plus Package, which provides round trip train fare on the spectacular Rio Grande Scenic Railroad and lodging for two nights.

But space is limited, so we recommend making your reservations early!

Arrive to Alamosa
Today, check into your hotel after 3:00 pm and enjoy a swim at the Inn of The Rio Grande Indoor Waterpark (or similar hotel), relax at the Hot Tub, or take a leisurely stroll through downtown Alamosa.

Alamosa/Rio Grande Scenic Railroad
After enjoying an expanded continental breakfast, you head towards the Rio Grande Scenic Railroad for a memorable journey through the spectacular La Veta Pass area. The train arrives back to the Alamosa depot around 4:45pm. Enjoy a second nights stay in Alamosa.

Alamosa
After enjoying an expanded continental breakfast, you check out of the hotel your tour ends.
