Late Reservations for Package Tours
Bookings requested within 45 days of departure are on a space available basis. On bookings within 45 day of departure, we require final payment before we can initiate the process of requesting space. Also, a fee of $25 will be charged to cover administrative and express mail costs. If we are unable to confirm the late booking as requested, all monies will be refunded in full. If the booking is canceled after acceptance of confirmation our cancellation polices apply.

Deposit and Final Payment for Package Tours
A deposit of $250 per person or 50% of the gross tour price if the gross tour price is less than $500 is due at time of booking in order to hold your reservation. Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. Cancellation Protection Plan, if desired, must be paid for at time of deposit. Payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Travel agents please note that MCO's or tour orders will not be accepted.

Travel Documents
Assuming that full payment has been received, you will receive a set of tour vouchers together with a Contract of Carriage approximately 30 days prior to departure. If payment is received less than 30 days prior to departure, your documents may be picked up at the Gray Line office in Seattle or may be express mailed to you for an additional fee.

Change Fees for Package Tours
To cover administrative costs, a charge of $50 per person will be made if you request a change in your travel arrangements. Change fees are not assessed for the addition of services unless travel documents must be reissued. Name changes require the prior approval of Gray Line of Seattle and may not always be possible. Travel documents are non-transferable. Name changes and departure date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy for Package Tours
- 60-46 days before commencing travel
$500 per person or the amount of deposit if the deposit is less than $500 per person
- 45-0 days before commencing travel
100% of gross fare

Special Requirements
We seek, to the extent feasible, to accommodate the needs of those of you with disabilities so that you are able to enjoy our tours. Service animals are permitted to accompany passengers if prior arrangements have been made at time of booking. Other animals are not permitted. Although Gray Line of Seattle endeavors to make sure that other persons or companies providing services or portions of the tour satisfy their obligations under applicable law, Gray Line of Seattle cannot guarantee that all of those services or portions will be fully accessible to those of you with disabilities. In limited situations where an individual with a disability would be unable to satisfy certain specific safety and other criteria, even when provided with appropriate auxiliary aids and services, we may find it necessary to ask the individual to make alternative travel arrangements. It is essential that we are notified of any special medical, physical or other requirements you may have at the time of booking.

Travel Distance
Vancouver, on the mainland, is 160 miles north of downtown Seattle, about 3 hours by motor coach, 4 hours by train. Victoria, on Vancouver Island, is 105 sea miles northwest of Seattle. Travel times vary depending on how you go.

Baggage Policy
Two pieces of stored luggage per person are allowed on package tours, Downtown Airporter and Cruise Express. Select sightseeing tours do not have baggage storage; please ask your reservations agent for details. All luggage must be able to fit in the baggage compartment of Gray Line motor coaches. Gray Line will carry as baggage only your personal effects for your wearing, comfort, or convenience during your tour. Your baggage needs to be placed in securely constructed and locked suitcases and trunks. During your travel, you should not leave money, jewelry or other valuables left lying in hotels, on buses, or elsewhere. Gray Line does not assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to perishable items, medicine, liquor, cash, gold, silver, jewelry, film, videotape, video equipment, binoculars, computers, computer equipment, cameras, or similar valuables, securities, financial instruments, or other valuable documents. Gray Line is also not responsible for any carry-on baggage left unattended on buses or on other modes of transportation or in hotels. If Gray Line, due to any cause whatsoever, is liable for loss of, damage to, or delay of, your property, the aggregate amount of Gray Line's liability will not exceed $100 ($600 for passengers who have purchased CPP) unless you have specified to Gray Line in writing the true value of your property and paid to Gray Line before departure 1% of the value in excess of $100 or $600, as applicable. In that event, Gray Line's aggregate liability will be limited to the amounts so specified.

Immigration and Customs
United States and Canadian citizens are not required to have passports or reentry permits, but must carry one of the following documents as proof of citizenship: a passport, either valid or recently expired and photo identification; a birth certificate certified copy and photo identification; a U.S. naturalization certificate and photo identification. Other passengers must carry valid passports and necessary visas. If you have been convicted of a felony, you will not be permitted to enter Canada.

Gratuities
Gratuities for drivers, food servers, cab drivers, hotel and cruise staffs and other service providers are not included in our prices; whether and how much is up to you.
