Changes are permitted to rail only bookings up to 14 days before your trip date for a modest $16 per person fee. No changes are possible within 14 days of your scheduled arrival. Tour packages are subject to a $32 per person change fee.

Cancellations are permitted to rail, hotel, and tour bookings up to 14 days before your trip date for a 25% cancellation fee (minimum $35 per person). No cancellations are possible within 14 days of your scheduled arrival.

Note: Prices do not include all applicable taxes or fees. Please arrive at least one hour prior to departure time. Boarding is approximately 15 minutes prior to departure, but dependent upon weather conditions. Prepaid tickets may be picked up at the ticket window located inside the depot.
Children under 2 ride for free if not needing a seat.
